A surprise Retirement party was organised for Noreen on

Sunday 5th April 2009.

Friends and family gathered to celebrate her many years as Head Chef at Darby O' Gill's Hotel.

Pat & Joan Gill (owners of the Hotel) are very grateful for Noreen's hard work and dedication.

As Pat said, "Noreen has been the back bone of Darby O' Gill's. As the hotel has grown in size and capacity, Noreen has stepped up to every new challenge."
